Real Estate - the Firm efficiently handles transactions of all sizes and complexities and is experienced in acquisitions, dispositions, development, sale-lease backs, all types of commercial leasing including offices, strip malls and industrial property, partnerships, and all types of contractual arrangements including construction, architectural and sales contracts. Our clients include banks and other lending institutions, investment banks, not for profit organizations, institutional and individual developers and investors, individuals, entrepreneurs, start up enterprises and State and Local Government Agencies.

Estate Planning and Administration - the Firm works with clients to develop a reasonable estate planning strategy to ensure that their estate will be distributed in accordance with their wishes. The services provided to our clients include, preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and Trusts. In conjunction with our real estate practice, we also form family limited partnership and real estate trust documents for the preservation of real estate assets. The Firm also works with families in the administration of estates ensuring that all taxes and expenses are paid in a timely fashion to allow for the expeditious distribution to the family.

Corporate - the Firm works with individuals in the selection and formation of the most reasonable business entity for their needs. We counsel companies in all general areas including employment, finance, taxation and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently we have finalized the merger of two (2) corporations owned by the same individual for purchase by a third party and have assisted in the subsequent initial public offering.

Personal Injury - the Firm works with our clients to protect their rights in a case of a personal injury due to an accident or medical malpractice situation. We counsel clients on the preparation of all litigation materials and assist in evaluating settlement offers from insurance companies and third parties.

Elder Law - Our firm works with clients to protect the rights of elderly members of their families. We counsel clients regarding the preservation of estate assets and distribution of assets to family members by way of wills and trusts. Through our contact with local agencies we can recommend the best path to secure long-term care.
