Mr. Hvizdos is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree, the University of Pittsburgh where he earned a Master of Business Administration Degree and Duquesne University where he earned a Juris Doctor Degree. Mr. Hvizdos is licensed to practice in all courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of West Virginia, and the US Supreme Court.

Mr. Hvizdos serves as Special Legal Counsel to the Allegheny County Housing Authority. He also serves as the Chairman of the Auto Workers Federal Credit Union Board of Directors and was Vice-Chairman of the Peters Township Zoning Hearing Board. Mr. Hvizdos is a member of the Allegheny County, Washington County, Pennsylvania and West Virginia Bar Associations.

He also serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Area Agency on Aging and is the immediate past President of the Peters Township Board of School Directors.
